I'm not a professional chef. I'm a mom who has bought too many kitchen gadgets that ended up collecting dust in the back of a cupboard.
The mandoline that nearly took my fingers off. The bread maker that made one loaf and became a very expensive shelf ornament. The "revolutionary" peeler that was somehow worse than the €2 one from the supermarket.
I've made the mistakes so you don't have to.
Now I only write about gadgets I'd actually recommend to a friend — the ones that genuinely save time, work as advertised, and are worth the counter space.
